Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Laverne + Frankie! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:

Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order through our online return portal.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Method: All returns are refunded via store credit. The only exception is if your item is faulty, in which case we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to us.

Processing: Store credit will be issued once we have received and inspected your returned items.

No Restocking Fee: We never charge a restocking fee.
